Avocado Chocolate Pudding, low-carb, keto-friendly


Try this amazingly simple, low-carb, protein-filled dessert/meal replacement!

You’ll need:
1 large avocado
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 pinch of finely ground sea salt
Stevia to taste
1 scoop of protein powder
1 tbsp of cocoa powder
2 tbsp of plain yogurt (unsweetened)

1. Combine all ingredients and blend until smooth
2. Transfer to bowl/wine glass
3. Top with plain yogurt
4. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes
5. Enjoy!!
