Making a no sugar or less sugar recipe is basically the same. You do add some water, much more fruit and then add your sweetener after the fruit has cooked according to the directions. I don’t use Splenda..artificial sweeteners are horrible for you. I am diabetic, so I use stevia. It is an all natural alternative and cooks well. I only had enough to do half the recipe so I added some sugar to this one today, but it should be great. You can’t go wrong when your fruit is ripe and sweet.
