All you need for this recipe:
100gr or 1 cup of Flaxseed 7.6 carbs
20gr or ¼ cup of coconut flour 1.2 carbs
1 tsp of stevia (sweetener) 0.5 carbs
5tsp of coconut oil 0.0 carbs
¼ cup of water 0.0 carbs
1tsp of baking powder 0.6 carbs
4 eggs 1.8 carbs
Pinch of salt 0.0 carbs

Total 11.1 carbs

11.1 carbs divided by 6 (muffins) = 1.85 carbs per muffin

Cook in a pre-heated oven at 350 Fahrenheit or 180 celsius for 15 – 20 minutes.

This is by far the best Low Carb Bread Recipe I have found thus far. It’s also extremely easy to make if you have a bread machine. If you don’t have one I suggest you get one if for no other reason than for this recipe! We already had one in the cupboard but I hear you can pick up one that may never even have been used at a yard sale or thrift store for 5-10 dollars and as expensive as low carb breads are at the store, it will definitely be worth it’s weight in gold. My recipe calculated out to be 1.5 net carbs per slice! That’s incredible:) I linked to Diedre’s video below where the original recipe came from. I will be making a few tweaks over time, but man is this a good base. Great for hamburgers, sausage links, breakfast sandwiches and who knows what else!

You Guys wanted it, so I’ve made this Recipe for you! It’s the Low Carb Pretzel, it’s gluten free, sugar free and lower in carbs *yay*!
So enjoy this wonderful healthy breakfast video! This recipe is perfect if you miss bread & pretzels in your Low Carb Diet.

== Ingredients ===

200gr / 7OZ grated Cheese
2 Eggs
1 Tsp Baking Soda
200gr Almond Flour (100- 150gr)

== Instructions ===

1. you’ll need 200gr of grated cheese I use here mozzarella and heat it up in the microwave for 2min until its fully melted.

2. next add 2 eggs and incorporate it into the hot cheese dough.
3. Now comes magic – i add 1 tsp of baking soda into the egg cheese mixture and you’ll see it puffs a bit keep stirring.

4. Now we add one at a time almond flour i use here 200gr but most of the times I use 100gr- 150gr it should be to wet cause that makes it hard to shape it. you can use coconut flour if you want to i never used it for this recipe.
5. Now shape it into a long sausage and then fold one end to one edge and the other end to the other edge if its to short try to shape it longer.

***SIDENOTE***this dough makes about 4 pretzels or like i do 2 pretzels and 2 buns. if you want to be perfect you can cut the dough into four perfect sized pieces. but i am in a rush and prepare this video for you.

6. ok bake the pretzels on 200°C / 392 F for 15 min
7. ENJOY

7 Great Low Carb Breads For Diabetics

Eating a diabetes-friendly diet that doesn’t ban bread altogether can be tricky! But more and more, the food industry is coming out with better and better options around low carb breads.

1. Joseph’s High Fiber Plus Pita Bread Pockets
These are 22 grams of total carbohydrates with 9 grams of dietary fiber, which brings you to a total of 13 grams of carbohydrates that will actually be digested and broken down into glucose!

2. Ezekiel Flax Sprouted Whole Grain Bread
This bread is packed with goodness, and will definitely give you far more than the average slice of overly processed white bread or whole wheat bread. With 14 total carbohydrates per slice, and 4 grams of fiber, you’ll get 100 grams of calories per slice.

3. Udi’s Gluten-Free Millet-Chia Bread
Usually gluten free bread is twice as “carby” as normal breads. Two slices of Udi’s white sandwich bread only has 24 grams of carbohydrates and 5 grams of fiber, which leaves you with 19 grams of carbohydrates for 2 slices.

4. BFree Food’s Gluten-Free Sandwich Bread
This bread isn’t as thick and fluffy as normal sandwich bread… instead it’s thinner, a bit more airy and very flavorful. You can get it in Brown Seeded or Soft White variations. It’s not the lowest carb of all the breads here by any means, with 8 grams of carbs after subtracting the fiber, but for a gluten-free option, it’s pretty darn good! 16 grams of carbs in a gluten-free sandwich.

5. Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful 100% Multi-Grain
While this choice is probably the lowest in terms of quality nutrition and ingredients, it is the lowest in calories and probably the most similar to your average piece of traditional toast. 2 slices will give you 18 total grams of carbohydrate and 5 grams of fiber, leaving you with 13 grams total.

6. Great Low-Carb Bread Company
Delicious! Soft and flavorful! These breads are super low carb with barely 1-3 grams of carbohydrate after subtracting the dietary fiber… even in the bagels! Hamburger buns, white bread, pumpernickle, a variety of bagels, and more.

7. ThinSlim Breads
This company comes with a variety of flavors (including cinnamon, rye, and honey) and boasts a mere 1 gram of carbohydrate (and 50 calories) per slice in basically every sliced bread option. They also have a variety of other low-carb products besides just straight breads, like cookies, muffins, pizzas, and more!

But what is it that we all lack…TIME! So I have a wonderful Low Carb Microwave Bread recipe which you will love. As the name suggests, this flax seed bread is made entirely in the microwave using ground flax seeds and just a few other ingredients. Yes, Low Carb microwave bread is possible and it can be yummy too! This keto microwave bread also fits into the banting lifestyle and can defiinbtly be considered a banting bread or microwave banting bread. But best of all, this flax seed bread only take a few minutes to make from start to finish. Yes, you can be eating a piece of delicious low carb flax bread in just a few minutes!

But back to this Low Carb Flax Microwave Bread. I’ve always found lunches (and any meal for that matter) difficult without any bread that I can eat. This low carb recipe is an absolute life saver. This keto microwave bread cannot be any easier and only contains four ingredients to make (five if you include the pinch of salt!!). The keto mug bread is in the microwave for a mere 2 mintues!! The low carb mug bread comes out hot and is great to eat as is – soft, light, fluffy bread. My favourite, however, is to eat the low carb microwave bread as toast – simply pop it in the toaster until you get some wonderful light brown color on it.

The low carb bread is exceptionally versatile as goes brilliantly with both sweet and savoury toppings. Simply take the microwave bread out the mug or ramekin and put on your favourite topping. I know I say it a lot, but DAMN I’M EXCITED ABOUT THIS LOW CARB RECIPE! As you know, I have a lot of wonderful low carb bread recipes or keto bread recipes which can be found here:

But I haven’t got a keto hamburger buns recipe. One that can easily be used to make delicious, amazing low carb hamburgers. Well now I am adding the latest recipe to my low carb breads playlist, and this is the keto hamburger buns or as some call it, keto hamburger rolls.

First off, these low carb hamburger buns fit perfectly for those living a low carb, keto, ketogenic, banting or lchf lifestyle! Secondly, these won’t blow your carb intake for the day in one bite (see the macros and ingredients list for these lchf hamburger buns below). Thirdly, they are as close to regular hamburger buns as I’ve ever seen in any low carb recipe, keto recipe, lchf recipe or banting recipe. Seriously, I was amazed at how well these keto hamburger buns came out.

These keto buns are really easy to make. No super kitchen skills needed for these low carb buns. So there is no excuse not to be munching on yummy keto hamburgers tonight with these banting buns / lchf buns.

All the ingredients used in these keto hamburger buns are commonly used in a low carb, keto, banting or lchf househould. So you should have these ingredients lying around. And if you don’t and need to go purchase them, you can be sure that they will not go to waste as you will have plenty opportunities to use them (simply watch some of low carb recipes / keto recipes on the Keto King channel if you need some ideas).

These keto buns or low carb buns come with some flexibility in that you can make them any size you choose. More smaller keto buns / low carb buns or less much bigger keto buns / low carb buns. That is the beauty! You will simply have to slightly adjust the cook time. I chose to make 5 low carb hamburger buns with the quantities I gave because I felt the keot hamburger buns were the perfect size. Big enough to take a burger but small enough to keep the calories and carbs down (we never want to overdo the keto breads / low carb breads – it can be a slippery slope). But these low carb burger buns are a winner in every department. These keto burger buns will get rid of your cravings for bread, buns, rolls and that juicy hamburger!

These keto hamburger buns or low carb hamburger bun are also gluten free and grain free so they fit anyone trying to avoid those!

Untoasted Sesame seeds to sprinkle on Buns

3 Egg Whites (do not substitute with liquid egg whites in a carton)
1 Whole Egg
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar (5ml / 0.18oz)
1 Cup Lukewarm Water (235ml / 8oz)

Macros per whole recipe:
Calories: 693 cal
Fat: 42g
Net Carbs: 11g (55g totalcarbs – 44g fibre)
Protein: 39g

Macros per hamburger bun (assuming 5 buns):
Calories: 139cal
Fat: 8g
Net Carbs: 2.2g (11g total carbs – 8.8g fibre)
Protein: 7.8g

A sweet apple pie bread with a cinnamon crumble topping. It has options for Paleo or low carb, which is great. I found this recipe at beautyandthefoodie.com, and it was a nice little treat. The only thing I would change next time is to dice the apples and after putting the crumble topping on, I’d stir the the apples and crumble down into the bread a bit. That way you get some fruit and crumble in the bread itself, and not as much on top which can fall off when eating. It was very tasty though, I will definitely make this again.

INGREDIENTS
• ½ cup coconut flour, sifted
• ⅓ cup almond flour
• ⅓ cup sweetener (coconut sugar for paleo, erythritol granular for low carb)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• 3 eggs
• ½ cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
• ⅓ cup unsweetened applesauce
• 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil, melted
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• ½ apple medium sized, thinly sliced

Crumble Topping Ingredients:
• 2 tbsp almond flour or meal, or ground pecans
• 2 tbsp sweetener of choice: coconut sugar for paleo, or 2 tbsp erythritol for low carb
• 2 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut
• 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil, melted

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C, and grease or oil an 8 x 4 inch or 8½ x 4 ½ inch loaf pan. (I used the smaller size.)
2. In a large mixing bowl combine the first six (dry) ingredients. Mix together thoroughly. Set aside.
3. In a medium mixing bowl combine the next 5 (wet) ingredients. Mix together thoroughly.
4. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir together thoroughly.
5. Put the mixture into the loaf pan and spread around evenly.
6. Take the apple slices and layer them across top of the batter in the loaf pan.
7. In a small mixing bowl combine all the crumble topping ingredients and mix together until a pasty meal forms.
8. Spoon or sprinkle clumps of crumble topping mixture all over the top of the sliced apples in the loaf pan.
9. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick in the centre comes out clean. Cool and enjoy.
