• 3 eggs
• Pinch of salt (about 1/8 tsp)
• 3.5 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 tbsp psyllium seed husks
• 1 tsp golden flaxseed meal (optional)
• ½ tsp baking soda
• Sesame, poppy sunflower or seed of choice, sprinkle as desired (optional)

• Pre-heat oven to 300.
• Separate the eggs, with the egg whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.
• Add the salt to the egg whites and whip until very stiff. How stiff? You should be able to turn the bowl over without the whites moving.
• Mix the egg yolks, cream cheese, psyllium seed husks, flaxseed and baking soda.
• Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mix; be careful to keep the air in the egg whites.
• Using a ladle, pour 6-8 Oopsies on a baking tray; use a spoon to spread and shape.
• Top with seeds if desired.
• Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25-30 minutes – until the Oopsies turn golden.

Who doesn’t know about a low carb bread fail or a keto bread fail? If you’ve every tried any of those low carb recipes or keto recipes online, I’m sure you’ve experienced this type of low carb fail or keto fail and would have a blooper like this if you filmed it. There a lot of low carb recipes or keto recipes out there which simply don’t work. And that’s where my channel comes in. I go through the pain stacking process of testing low carb recipes, including keto bread recipes, and doing video tutorials on ONLY the recipes that taste good and actually work make the cut! So you don’t have to go through all of the pain!

This short video shows one of my many low carb fails / keto fails. This one in particular, a low carb bread fail or keto bread fail was particularly disappointing. I tried the low carb recipe once, it failed! I thought I could fix it, made some tweaks and made it a second time! But STILL a low carb bread fail or keto bread fail. Arrghh, talk about wasting time and all my precious (and expensive) keto ingredients!

I wanted to show you, the keto community, of this lchf fail / banting fail for a few reasons:

1) To show you that you are NORMAL if a lot of the keto recipes you try online don’t work! Many of them simply DO NOT WORK! It is all lies!

2) To give you confidence in the Keto King channel, knowing that I only upload video tutorials of keto recipes / low carb recipes that actually work and are delicious. My channel is your go to keto cook book, with a list of recipes that are all amazing!

3) To give you a GOOD LAUGH at my fails and my reactions to them.

So easy, this keto cheese bread recipe is perfect with soups and stews. It also makes the best low carb Thanksgiving stuffing! Check out the full recipe here:

2 medium bananas, very ripe
3 eggs
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/3 cup sour cream
1/8 tsp Kal Stevia
2 cups almond flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Butter a loaf pan. Add wet ingredients to a mixing bowel and beat for 2-3 minutes. Add dry ingredients one at a time and mix well. Pour batter into loaf pan. Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.

Cool for 10-15 minutes, and remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
