Keto Bourbon Ball Recipe:
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 oz. salted butter, softened
1/3 c hemp seeds
1 c almond flour
1/4 c cocoa powder
1 tb coconut flour
1 tb Pyure
2-3 tb bourbon or whiskey

Mix all ingredients very well – roll into 12 balls and dip in cocoa powder. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.

12 servgings: 126 calories, 10g fat, 4.4g protein, 1.7 net carbs (3.9 total carb)

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Sweetener
2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar Alternative
1 Large Egg
2 Tablespoons (14g) Coconut Flour
2 Tablespoons (14g) Almond Flour
1/2 Scoop (15g) The Protein Chef’s Baking Protein Powder (or Any Protein Powder)
Pinch of Salt

Calories in each cookie:

1 Tablespoon (7g) Almond Flour
1/2 Scoop (15g) The Protein Chef’s Baking Protein Powder (or Any Protein Powder)
Pinch of Salt

Calories: 389
Fat: 25g
Saturated Fat: 10g
Sodium: 142mg

INGREDIENTS

Crust:

1 & 1/2 Cups Almond Meal
1/2 Cup Fresh Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Rolled Oats
3/4 Cup Natvia

CRUST: 2 c. Almond Flour, 1/2 c. melted butter (if you have unsalted butter, add 1/4 tsp salt), 2 tbsp Pyure stevia blend, 1 tsp vanilla
BAKE at 350 degrees for 10 minutes

CHEESECAKE: 2pk cream cheese, softened, 1 tsp vanilla, 3 eggs, 1/4 c. powdered pyure, 1 tbsp lemon juice.
BEAT the cream cheese, eggs, vanilla, until fluffy – add pyure and lemon juice, scrape sides and beat again 1 minute.

PUMPKIN PIE: 1/2 can pumpkin, 2 tbsp pyure, 2 eggs, 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp nutmeg, 1/4 c. heavy cream, 1 tsp vanilla.
MIX all pumpkin ingredients together

Let pie crust cool for a few minutes – pour in the cheese cake mixture and then the pumpkin mixture. Swirl with a knife. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Chill in the refrigerator overnight.

SERVES 12. MACROS: 360 calories, 7.4g total carbs, 32.3g fat, 9.6g protein.
