Learn how to make ab-friendly low-carb cinnamon protein pancakes!

Here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:
– 1 cup almond flour
– 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
– 1 tbsp ground cinnamon
– 1 tsp stevia sweetener
– 2 whole eggs
– 1/3 cup water
– 2 tbsp coconut oil

Optional ingredients:
– Blueberries
– Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Coat non-stick pan with cooking spray.
3. Pour batter into pan and add any optional toppings.
4. Heat until air bubbles begin to surface and pancake is golden brown.
5. Flip and cook remaining side.
6. Top with sugar-free maple syrup.
7. Enjoy!

This is a great low-carb keto recipe for pancakes. Makes a great consistency and great flavor pancakes. Top it with your favorite sugar-free syrup or butter or whipped cream.

Ingredients:
3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup ground flax seeds
1 TB coconut flour
1/4 cup cacao powder or cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 TB erythritol or xylitol
2 tsps vanilla extract
pinch of salt
2 TB sour cream or yogurt (or palm shortening)
1/2 cup almond milk or coconut milk
1 TB unsweetened chocolate chunks or chips
