Cheddar Jalapeño Muffins Recipe | Low Carb
3/4 cup almond flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
teaspoon coconut flour (optional)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 jalapeños seeded and finely chopped
2 green onions chopped
4 tablespoons butter-melted and cooled
2 eggs
Prepare as shown in the video and bake at 350F for 18-20 minutes.
