➞ Ingredients (makes 16 servings/Tbsps):
¾ Cup Water
¼ Cup Powdered Sweetener (I used Swerve)
1 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
2.25 tsp Coconut Oil
2 tsp Maple Extract
½ tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ tsp Xanthan Gum

➞ Directions:
1. Using a microwave safe container (I used a Pyrex measuring cup), mix together butter, coconut oil and xanthan gum.
2. Microwave for 40-50 secs until melted and hot.
3. Add the water and powdered sweetener into the melted mixture and combine.
4. Add maple extract and vanilla extract in. Depending on your maple extract you may want to add more or less. Make sure you taste as you go.
5. Mix everything together.
6. Microwave the mixture for another 40-60 secs and stir. Let cool and serve.
