HOW TO STORE/REHEAT THESE

1. Meals can last in your fridge for 4-5 days.
2. After that, freeze the meals, but leave the lettuce/tomatoes/onion in your fridge.
2. Reheat in a covered saute pan for a few minutes or eat cold… or put in your Hot Logic! Do not reheat the lettuce/tomatoes/onion.

12 portobello or flat mushroons
3/4 cup olive oil
120g or 4 oz cheese
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp cajun spice
