YES YES YES, low carb crackers that fit into a low carb, keto, ketogenic, banting or lchf lifestyle!!

As low carbers, we get to indulge on some of the wonderful higher fat foods from time to time. Wonderful cheeses, meats, spreads etc. But what good are these wonderful foods if you don’t have anything low carb to put them on? Well your solution is right here! Introducing, my keto crackers! Yup, these are keto seed crackers (they could be called that as they are made up almost exclusively of seeds) which taste amazing and are just so damn easy to make, seriously, you won’t believe how easy these lchf crackers / banting crackers are to make.

So what are the vital stats of this keto cracker recipe? Well, it only has 5 ingredients (without counting the salt and water); the preparation time for these low carb crackers are literally just a couple of minutes; there are hardly any dishes to clean up after making this lchf crackers recipe; and these banting crackers taste amazing! Seriously guys, I couldn’t be more excited to share this ketogenic crackers recipe with you all!
This low carb recipe also has the added advantage of being extremely flexible in that you can choose how thick or thin you want your low carb crackers to be. Now you can make them thicker by simply laying it out a bit thicker on the baking sheet and you will end up with something closer to a low carb crispbread / keto crispbread, which is slightly softer than a keto cracker. Alternatively, you can spread it out extra thin and you end up with incredibly crunchy low carb seed crackers / keto seed crackers. You can call them lchf seed crackers or ketogenic seed crackers as they are comprised of almost entirely seeds which means you get wonderful healthy fats from all those fantastic seeds.

These keto crackers make the absolute best low carb snack / keto snack. What is better than an lchf snack / banting snack / ketogenic snack which is something you can take on the go, eat with basically anything on top (sweet or savoury) and are just absolutely tasty! These are also gluten free and grain free so they fit anyone trying to avoid those!
