Low Carb Chicken Salad Recipe – Meal Prep Made Easy


My low carb chicken salad recipe is perfect for those meal prep Sunday’s when you’re planning and preparing your meals for the week. Pair it with a low carb tortilla, my low carb bread or wrap it with some lettuce. Any way you choose, it makes for a great low carb meal.

Chicken Salad Ingredients:
16 ounces – shredded chicken

1/2 cucumber (diced)
3 stalks – green onions (chopped)
1/4 cup – pecans (chopped)
1/2 tsp – salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp – ground black pepper (or to taste)

Creole Sauce
1/2 cup – mayonnaise

2 tsp – Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp – garlic powder
1 tsp – ground black pepper
1/8 tsp – salt
1/8 tsp – cayenne pepper
