This video is about what I eat in a day. I eat this way 6x a week with a different dinner every day but the same concept: lean meat or seafood + brown rice or corn + green vegetables. I have been eating this way for two months now. I have cheat days often or cheat meals I should say, but I am working really hard to limit my cheat meals to once a week only. During the first month I had a cheat meal every other day, im surprised I was still able to lose weight. My cheat meal examples: pretzels ( i love pretzels ), bread, Chick Fil A french fries, ice cream, lol things like that were hard to give up.
Please keep in mind that I am not a professional dietician or nutritionist. A super low carb diet is not for everyone, but it has worked well for me.
