How to make low carb Sausage Cheese Muffins. Savory sausage and cheese low carb muffins.
4 oz of sausage-cooked and drained (I used turkey sausage)
3/4 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes- optional
2/3 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 tblsp melted butter
Combine ingredients as shown in the video and bake at 350 F for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown.
These are a great portable breakfast!
